Terms and Conditions — Architecture Thinking

1. Acceptance

By accessing and using Architecture Thinking, you accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of the service

Architecture Thinking is an educational app that teaches you to think like a software architect and orchestrate AI agents with good judgment, through lessons, exercises, and assessments. Your progress is stored locally on your device.

3. Eligibility

The service is intended for people aged 18 and over. By using it, you declare that you meet this requirement.

4. Account and progress

The platform stores your learning progress in your device's local storage. This means your progress may be lost if you clear your browser data or use another device. We are not responsible for the loss of local progress.

5. Content and intellectual property

The educational content, design, trademarks, and code of the platform are our property or that of their respective owners. You may use them only for your personal learning. Copying, redistributing, or using them commercially without authorization is not allowed.

6. User responsibilities

You agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully: do not try to breach its security, do not access its internal workings without authorization, and do not use the content for purposes other than your learning.

7. Limitation of liability

The platform has educational and informational purposes. It does not guarantee specific professional results or performance in exams or hiring processes. We provide the service with the greatest care, but we are not responsible for temporary interruptions, loss of local progress, or for how you use the knowledge you gain.
